If you receive an error from your Tapo app regarding the wheel(s) of your Tapo Robot Vacuum, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Turn over the Robot Vacuum and inspect the wheels. If dirt or debris are found to be obstructing the wheel(s), clean any visible obstructions, then gently shake the wheels to ensure they flexibly spring back to their intended position. This will help verify the wheels are moving as intended and should no longer be obstructed.
2. Restart the Robot Vacuum.
If the error persists after completing these steps, please Contact Support.
